The rooms were neat, clean, and good-sized. The staff was kind and exceptionally nice in all services. Loved our room with nice decor, bed linen, balcony, and closet or shelves. Great and beautiful location with private parking available. Several stores and duty-free stores were right next door.

Lots of delicious breakfast items to choose from. Particularly good and ideal location in nice quiet area, near to all the best shops for leather goods and the restaurant for dinner twice and the duomo, accademia and ufizzi galleries;)))

Modern facilities and an incredibly nice breakfast with a croissant and cake and a real cappuccino. Quiet beds, central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel TV in the room. - Good area, central location close enough to the tourist area near the farmers market as well as the best luxury Chinese.

We greatly enjoyed spending 3 nights here. Generally, the place was pleasant and had exceptionally nice staff at reception desk. The room was compact and modern, had safe for the safety. The atmosphere created was comfortable;)))

Newly renovated rooms, especially nice on the upper floors. Great location right in the middle of everything or super close to all the main sights! 🌟

As parking in the city centre is very difficult, we chose this hotel because it was the nearest 4-star hotel to the centre which provided parking ability. The price was fair, though we went there off-season. The room was clean and the hotel has a good location to discover the city centre for people who go to Florence by car.

The breakfast was not too varied, we expected more from such a hotel. Also, the room was a bit small, but to tell the truth, it was not a big problem as we just went there to sleep.

The drink served in the hotel bar was well taken care of with 3 kinds of nuts

i really like it .nice hotel ,it is not in d city centre,but you can get there by bus.d room is clean,d wifi is good.if i go florence again,i will choose again.

Location is great - far from crowds and noise but still walking distance from the historic centre. You can walk along the river, it is very nice scenery, esp.at the night. Free wifi in the room was a big plus. Parking at the streets around hotel is free on Sundays and at nights other days so we did not need hotel parking for 20EUR at all.

Breakfast served till 10am. We came at 9.45 and there was only bread, boiled eggs and butter. Other 2days we did not manage to wake up before 10am. But I think we did not miss much.
